Gentle Yoga Flow

Designed to support relaxation through gentle movement and mindful breathing. This slow-paced class helps release tension, improve flexibility, and build strength, while offering simple breathing techniques to restore balance and ease.

Vinyasa Flow

A mindful, flowing practice that builds strength and flexibility through breath-led movement, helping you feel both energised and grounded.

Pregnancy Yoga

A gentle, supportive class for expectant mothers, using soothing movement and breathing to ease physical discomfort, reduce stress, and support connection with baby.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply calming practice using supportive props to help the body release tension, settle the nervous system, and restore balance.

Chair Yoga

Post-Natal Yoga
