At La Belle Wellness, psychotherapy is the foundation of my practice, offered in-person across Brisbane and online. I provide a supportive space to explore emotional challenges, trauma, life transitions, and deeper patterns of experience.

My work is integrative and complemented by holistic modalities including yoga, somatic awareness and nature-based practices, supporting nervous system regulation and the mind–body connection.

About Me

Meet Bella 

​

I’m Bella, a Brisbane-based psychotherapist offering integrative, trauma-informed support both in-person and online. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and my work is grounded in a person-centred, relational approach.

Alongside psychotherapy, my background in yoga, somatic practice, and ecotherapy informs a gentle awareness of the mind–body connection and nervous system regulation. I offer a calm, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and move towards meaningful change.
